The Sports Complex pool this morning, Europe was the scene of a Aquagym day, included in the program of the XVII Sporting Events for Women's Groups of Lorca.
The meeting was addressed by one of the best specialists in Physical Activity in the Aquatic Environment, the Lorca Isabel M ª Quiñonero Lidón, and in it the numerous attendees were able to enjoy a new activity, engaging and recreation which combines the physical, with music in the water.
After the session has been drawn among the participants a gift donated by Brisa, a center for body treatment and massage, present at the ceremony the mayor of the City Council of Women of Lorca, Antonio López
The next round of these meetings will be on Wednesday May 5, with the holding of an environmental route through the Sierra de Tercia to Health, following which a workshop will be held bowls.
