The City of Lorca, during the Fair and Festival of Lorca 2010, which will be held from 17 to 26 next September, made public the announcement for the award of fair booths according to the following RULES :
FIRST:
1 .- The owners of so-called "special Café-Bar music" of the municipality of Lorca to the opening date for submission of applications and wish to apply for a booth or stall within the Fairgrounds Huerto de la Rueda , of the sixteen (16) to be installed in the area previously known for "Sideways" whose area may be used for the fair noon and night, being the beneficiaries of these houses which have the responsibility open their facilities, both at the fair at noon and night, shall direct their request to the Hon.

2 .- Applications shall be accompanied in addition to income of EUR 1209.77 in respect of employment and facility expenses and 520'20 euros as a deposit (same as last year).
This latter figure may not be returned if any of the beneficiaries of these houses do not comply strictly with the rules reflected in this call.
3 .- justify not having made the corresponding revenue, it shall be refused the request and the allocation of the site, and will stand for the first book that has occurred in the award or lottery, and so on.

5.-In the event that any of the above becomes vacant for any reason, will open a period for non-profit associations, the award should be motivated for reasons of cultural or general interest.
SECOND:
1 .- establishments previously called "Café-bar, special music" of the municipality of Lorca, may be submitted to the draw to be held at the Cultural Center of the city.
2 .- raffled instances presented to select the 16 that are offered in the area known as Cups.
In the event that any of the winners of the 16 mentioned had been awarded in previous years, will respect you if you want, the kind employed in previous fairs.
THIRD:
Selection by the Board consisting of the members listed below, will review and assess all instances running for the draw which meet all the requirements in these rules, and instances that will meet at the bulletin board Cultural Center on the dates indicated later, as well as appear on the bulletin board those instances that fall outside the lottery, for lack of documentation or any of the bases that are required to apply for a space at the Fair Lorca 2010.
FOURTH:
The award of these spaces and their booths or kiosks will be a fair season, extended and if the City Council deems appropriate, up to four, provided that the basis of this call.
FIFTH:
The deadline for submission of the request for the owners of the establishments mentioned, will be May 24 to June 14, 2010.
SIXTH:
1 .- Establishments applicants expressly undertake not to transfer or assign your booth or stall to another owner than that applied in the presentation instance, if you fail to fulfill this obligation can close the booth or stall for the duration of the Fair 2010 , ex officio or upon complaint, without any claim to the City compensation for damages decreed the closure also of not being able to choose a booth or stall vacancy in the next two years and economic loss amounts paid.
If it were the case any recipient establishment had to give up a booth that is awarded, shall under no circumstances pass it, it must inform the City Council for its space is allocated to the entity that is on the waiting list for the draw on, having fallen from 17 onwards place instances in excess of the 16 offered and in the order determined by the draw, which the Bureau will take into account and reflected in the minutes of the Sweepstakes.
SEVENTH:
The Hon.
Lorca City Council will provide each of the bars or stands to be awarded the following:

3) Take water, taking over the beneficiary of the rest of the installation.
4) Civil liability insurance.
5) Night surveillance.
Schedule.
21.00 to 8.00 hours.
6) General services for public use.
7) Music Sound for all the campus, with two rooms of music.

8) The draw will be held at the Cultural Center of the City, being composed of officers: President of the Corporation or the Councillor for Fair, Secretary, The Secretary General of the Council or officer appointed by him, the Secretary-Auditor Municipal Council of Culture and Celebration, The Head of the Municipal Council of Culture and Celebration, the Director of the Municipal Council for Culture and Festivities and Celebrations Coordinator.
For the purposes of collecting assists for the officers of the draw, will set the 1 st category of those in the RD.

EIGHTH:

Violation of these rules shall entail the loss of the deposit.

3) People who are in the various bars dispatching food, beverages must be in possession of the food handler card.
4) On behalf of the Head of each stall shall be submitted at least three certified copies of three cards that will handle the service during the fair with the filing.
5) The booths open from Friday, the 17th night, until Sunday 26 September.
After 13 hours, there will be music.
On Fridays and Saturdays until 6 pm and on other days (Sunday to Thursday), up to 4 hours.
The schedule will bear in mind that by the municipality (technical or safety reasons etc.), Will have to cut the background music for technical testing of audio equipment for artists contracted to the Garden of the Wheel, and the duration of the relevant action, also for any other incident that could be derived from the security file in the Garden said.

6) The winners of the fair, may not hire private performances in the dugout awarded.
Breach of this rule will result in the closure of the stall and loss of right to settle for the next two years.
NINTH:
Drinks should be served in plastic cups, and may not be any bottle or glass, being forced to divide the bars having drinks with streamers and barrels, for the sale of beer, soft drinks, etc.
TENTH:
The booths will have a daily tasting of typical products Lorca mandatory, and a special price than other tapas offered, that is more economical and with the same quality that a board specified in the public eye, along with the list general price, this being a fundamental law and punishable by loss of bail not met.
ELEVENTH:
Both opening and closing as well as products that are provided in the various bars may be varied by subsequent agreements based on the Department Head and the successful end of the booths or kiosks.
DUODECINA
It is strictly forbidden to sell alcohol to persons under 18 years, announced that will be reflected on the boards of the various bars along with the corresponding prices of snacks and drinks.
Breach of this rule will result in the closure of one or more days during the bar, and even all the time remaining fair and loss of deposit.
This issue will be guarded by local police and vigilantes.
THIRTEENTH:
The failure of the conditions specified in this notice may result in the closure of one or several days, the booth or stall, or even all of the Fair and can not be mounted in the same over the next two years, depending on the seriousness of the offense.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it can be processed after the conclusion of the fair disciplinary proceedings which may involve the loss or forfeiture of the deposit.
FOURTEENTH:
It is offered as a place for the installation of booths or stalls noon and night, the Fairgrounds Huerto de la Rueda, and the maximum number of these will be 16 booths for hospitality, called "Café-bar, special music . 'in the area known sometimes as "Zona de Copas"
FIFTEENTH:
The deadline for submission of the request will be held from May 24 to June 14 this year.
On June 18, 2010, will present the list of admissions at the notice board of the Cultural Center of the City.
From 21 to 24 June, is set the deadline for filing claims in the Register of the City.
On June 29, 2010, space draw will be held at 12:00 am in the Cultural Center of the City.
XVI:
The submission of applications by interested implies full acceptance of these terms and the waiver of damages required by closing or closed down or loss of the bond for breach of these rules, a point which will be stated explicitly in the application.
