130 people participated last weekend in the hiking trails of the "Lorca Foot 2010" (31/05/2010)

This consists of activities organized between Senderista Club de Lorca "La Carrasca" and City Hall.

On Friday, the routes were developed by the town.

On Sunday they moved to the Sierra del Gigante.

The route started from the Collado de Carasoles and across the road from the north face Taibena Giant's reached the forest road that links the parishes with Mary.

After a couple of kilometers on this track was taken Fontanares Road, and in the Solana del Gigante.

At this point, as its name implies, the heat prevailing was a dent in some of the walkers, but a fitting and comforting supplies did get your strength to the participants, faced with large doses of energy and vitality the 2 nd leg of the route, mostly driven and led by the wonderful views of the area and the beauty of the landscape.
