The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of April.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:

Approval of minutes of previous sessions.
Approved unanimously.
2-.
On ratification of the modification of the convening of the next ordinary plenary session on May 2.
Approved unanimously.
3-.
Final approval of the expropriation for breach of the social function of the property of two property shares located in the corner lot Placeta Alcolea corner C / Los Guiraos owned by Building Center, SAU.
Approved unanimously.
4-.
Final approval of the project of expropriation by the procedure of joint appraisal of the land necessary to obtain a free space next to the church of Santiago, provided for in the Special Plan of Protection and Integral Rehabilitation of sector II of the Artistic Historic Site of Lorca.
Approved by 21 votes in favor (PP + PSOE), 3 against (IU) and 1 abstention (C's).

Estimation of the optional restitution remedy filed by Mr. José Antonio Gómez Abril against the final approval agreement of the expropriation project for the implementation of the new logistics center of the municipal cleaning company of Lorca (Limusa SA).
Approved unanimously.

Rectification material error of the General Plan of Lorca detected in the urban core of La Hoya.
Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 abstentions (IU).

Person in the contentious-administrative appeal PO 96/2018 of the Contentious-Administrative Court n ° 4 of Murcia filed against the plenary agreement dated January 16, 2018 regarding the implementation of the logistics center of the municipal cleaning company of Lorca ( Limusa).
Approved by 14 votes in favor (PP + C's), 3 against (IU) and 8 abstentions (PSOE).

Character in the contentious-administrative appeal filed by Interovalo against the resolution of the appeal for reinstatement related to the direct occupation of the Central Round.
Approved by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 against (IU).

On modification of the Organic Regulation of the Social Council.

Proposal of agreement on the day of celebration of the ordinary plenary session corresponding to the month of June.

Motion by the Deputy Mayor Delegate for Economy and Finance on partial modification of the regulatory ordinance for the parking fee for mechanically driven vehicles on municipal public roads.
Approved unanimously.

Account of the liquidation of the budget for the year 2017 of the City of Lorca.

On extrajudicial recognition of credits.
Approved by 12 votes in favor (PP), 4 against (IU + C's) and 8 abstentions (PSOE).

Motion of the Municipal People's Group on support to the livestock sector.
Approved the first and the fourth agreement by 22 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C's) and 3 against (IU);
approved the second and third agreements unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group to improve the parking conditions of vehicles in the city and the recovery of parking spaces eliminated after urban regeneration works.
Rejected the first and second agreements by 13 votes against (PP) and 12 abstentions (PSOE + IU + C's);
approved the third agreement unanimously;
approved the fourth and fifth agreements unanimously after amendment presented by PP.

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group regarding the districts affected in our municipality by the financial blackout, the implementation of free wifi through the wifi4ue project and the improvement of the DTT signal.
Approved unanimously.

Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group to promote and implement the third degree in the University Campus of Lorca.
