Last Friday, June 8, the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia made public the definitive approval of the Organic Regulations of the Special Commission of Suggestions and Complaints.

This body "of zero cost" as an "Ombudsman" that will serve to collect complaints and suggestions from citizens and supervise the activity of the municipal administration.

The Spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, has held that "finally" and after "years of delay" comes into operation this body that "had to have been available to all Lorca since 2010 , according to the Law of Municipalities of Large Population "and that, in addition, the PP undertook to put into operation" in three months "following a motion that the PSOE proposed in September 2016.

This delay shows, as pointed out the socialist spokesman Diego Mateos, that the PP has applied the law at their convenience, creating those bodies that could interest them more, since he warns that since 2008 until now "they have had more than enough time to be implanting gradually these organs. "

In this regard, he adds, pending the implementation of the body of economic-administrative claims, also referred to in the Law of Large Cities and claimed several times by the PSOE.
