The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed an investigation to clarify a robbery with violence and intimidation committed against a minor in the hamlet of La Hoya Lorca, which has been settled with the identification, location, detention and subsequent judicial disposal of his alleged author, who has finally been imprisoned.
The investigation began on May 28, when it was detected that a child had suffered a robbery with violence and intimidation in La Hoya-Lorca.
As reported in the complaint filed, the events took place when the child, while on a street in the town, was assaulted by an individual who carried a knife and, with violence and intimidation, snatched personal effects and cash that he was carrying at that moment.
The alleged perpetrator made several cuts on the victim's shirt.
La Benemérita, in collaboration with the Local Police of Lorca, developed the corresponding inquiries to clarify the criminal act.
These came to fruition a few days later, when the agents in charge of the investigation managed to identify a person who responded with the physical characteristics that the victim contributed in his complaint.
The agents established a search device on the suspect that has culminated with their location, arrest and subsequent judicial action as alleged perpetrator of robbery with violence and intimidation.
The arrested Moroccan, of 29 years, resident in Lorca and with numerous antecedents, together with the effects seized and the educated diligences, has been put at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of Lorca (Murcia), that has decreed its inceso in prison.
