The regional deputy of the PSOE, Isabel Casalduero has accused the Regional Government, Lorca Lopez Miras, wanting to do business with the beaches of Calnegre, all with the complicity of the current Mayor of Lorca, Gil Jódar.

The Socialists are in agreement with the measure to regulate access control, aimed at the protection and conservation of the Punta de Calnegre and Cabo Cope Regional Park, but they ask that the price of transport be reduced.

The Socialist deputy has shown her opposition to the announcement of the Regional Government to collect, as of this summer, a fee of three euros to access by bus to the beach of Calnegre, for being "a summer business for collection purposes."

Ensures that this rate is completely "disproportionate", as the journey to travel with the bus is "scarce two kilometers."

For Casalduero this measure is "another occurrence" of the Popular Party that, rather than aimed at favoring better protection of the most fragile areas of Calnegre, is aimed at extracting more money from citizens, in this case, at the expense of one of our great environmental values ​​".

To maintain this measure, the Socialists ask that the cost of bus service is free, or at least more economical, because they insist that it is a "real abuse" to charge up to 3 euros to access by this means, during most of the days of the summer season, especially in the month of August, where the influx of visitors is even greater.

With this measure, the environmental model of the Popular Party is confirmed, to whom "it only interests him as a source of private business".
