The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, chaired this morning the ordinary session of the Plenary Session of the City Council for the month of June.
The points addressed and the result of their corresponding votes has been as follows:
Approval of minutes of previous sessions.
Approved unanimously.
About fixing local festivals.
Approved unanimously.
On approval of the modification of the municipal ordinance by occupation of land for public use with terraces and other facilities for profit.
Approved unanimously.
Approval of File n ° 7/2018 of modification of credits for credit supplements.
Approved unanimously.
Motion by the Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning on the initial approval of the expropriation project through the joint appraisal procedure of the land needed to improve the road and obtain green areas planned as isolated actions in the PGMO of Lorca in the San Cristóbal neighborhood phase I. Approved by 21 votes in favor (PP + PSOE + C'S) and 3 abstentions (IU).
On account of the decrees of the Mayor's Office, naming Pediatric Mayors.
Joint motion of the Municipal Groups on application for inclusion in the PGEs for 2019 of the 50% bonus of the IBI fees.
Approved unanimously.
Joint motion of the Municipal Groups on the accession of the municipality of Lorca to the awareness campaign "Start from scratch" of Fundación Secretariado Gitano to combat discrimination.
Approved unanimously.
Joint motion of the delegates delegates of Transports and of Economy and Property on designation of a Commission of study on the urban collective transport of short distance travelers in Lorca.
Approved unanimously.
Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group on the preparation of a municipal plan for prevention and emergencies against forest fires in Lorca.
The 1st and 2nd agreement after amendment submitted by PP.
Rejected the 3rd agreement by 13 votes against (PP) and 11 in favor (PSOE + IU + C'S).
Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group reiterating a solution to different problems related to the hamlet of Campillo.
Approved by 13 votes in favor (PP) and 11 abstentions (PSOE + IU + C'S).
Motion of the Municipal Socialist Group of support measures for the entrepreneur, to stimulate growth and the creation of employment and the adaptation of the labor training offer in Lorca.
Rejected the 1st agreement by 13 votes against (PP), 10 in favor (PSOE + IU) and 1 abstention (C'S).
Approved the 2nd agreement by 13 votes in favor (PP) and 11 abstentions (PSOE + IU + C'S) after amendment presented by PP.
Motion of the United Left-Greens Municipal Group on trees and natural heritage.
Rejected the 1st and 4th agreement by 13 votes against (PP) and in favor (PSOE + IU + C'S).
Approved unanimously 2nd and 3rd agreement.
Motion of the Municipal Group Izquierda Unida-Verdes on cultural projects of Lorca.
Approved unanimously.
Motion of the Municipal Groups United Left-Greens, Socialist and Popular on the process of justification and reimbursement of public subsidies for the repair of homes due to earthquakes.
Approved unanimously.
Motion of the Municipal Group Citizens on Lorcatur, Lorca Taller del Tiempo SAU.
Rejected the 1st point by 13 votes against (PP) and 10 in favor.
Rejected the 2nd agreement by 16 votes against (PP + IU), 6 abstentions (PSOE) and 1 in favor (C'S).
Rejected the 3rd agreement by 13 votes against (PP), 9 abstentions (PSOE + IU) and 1 in favor (C's).
