The Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, has announced the opening of the summer municipal pools of La Torrecilla, Zarcilla de Ramos and La Parroquia that from tomorrow, Saturday June 30, will be available to all users until August 31.
El Edil has indicated that "the municipal services have been working during the last weeks to get everything ready and that the pools have the best condition for opening this Saturday, when users can enjoy the bathrooms in any of the three municipal facilities "
As for the hours of the pool of La Torrecilla, during the month of July will open from Tuesday to Friday between 14 and 20 hours, while on Saturdays and Sundays the schedule will be from 11 to 20 hours.
During the month of August it will open from Tuesday to Sunday between 11 and 20 hours.
Mondays will always be closed.
The pools of Zarcilla de Ramos and La Parroquia will open between 13 and 20 hours from Wednesday to Sunday, both in July and August.
They will be closed to the bathroom on Mondays and Tuesdays.
As for prices, which are the same as in 2017, young people under 18 and pensioners will pay 2 euros per day of bathing, having at their disposal a bonus of 5 bathrooms for 8 euros and 10 bathrooms for 14 euros.
Those over 18 years old will pay 3 euros per day, being able to buy bonuses for 5 bathrooms for 12 euros and 10 bathrooms for 21 euros.
Families (parents and children) can access with a special family bathroom entrance at the price of 10 euros, having at their disposal a bonus for 5 bathrooms at the price of 40 euros.
To apply for any of the bonuses it will be necessary to present the required documentation, the family book being the relevant document for the family bathroom.
Regarding the rules, the City Council reminds you that it is prohibited to introduce glass containers or cutting material, smoke and consume alcoholic beverages, take photographs or recordings not allowed, eat or drink in the beach area and access with chairs hammocks, balls , inflatables, music equipment and any other element that could disturb the rest of the bathers.
The user will have to follow the instructions of the lifeguards and the rest of the personnel of the installation and it is mandatory to use the shower and foot bath before the bath.
