The Spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has highlighted the speed with which he is managing the repair of the breakage of the desalination of Águilas from the Delegation of the Government, informing at all times about the status of this situation, as well as by the technicians of the Segura Hydrographic Confederation, who are already working on the solution.

Mateos has stressed that he remains in contact with the Government Delegate, Diego Conesa who has already transferred him, who maintains a permanent communication with both the Secretary of State, Hugo Morán, and the Water Councilor, assessing the situation to resolve the problem. soon as possible.

Mateos has sent a message of tranquility to the population, assuring, as informed by the Government Delegate, that the supply of drinking water is fully guaranteed.

Regarding the four communities of irrigators of Pulpí, Águilas, Lorca and Guadalentín, as reported by the Government Delegate, Diego Conesa, all the necessary measures are being taken so that they can dispose of this resource as soon as possible.

Conesa estimates that within 10 and 15 days the problem will be solved.

While waiting for the final solution, according to the Government Delegate, the necessary measures will be articulated so that they have the resources that can be derived from the other desalination plants through a coordination established by the Segura Hydrographic Confederation.
