The Secretary General of the PSOE in Lorca, Diego José Mateos has highlighted the commitment of the Government of Spain to help those affected by the problem of the justification of aid from the earthquakes that may close their files, as demonstrated by the Delegate of the Government, Diego Conesa meeting with the Platform of the Affected in a "priority" manner, this morning in the city of the sun.

Mateos thanked the willingness and immediacy of the new Government Delegate to attend as a priority and as soon as this problem has been so much "despair and concern" is generating those affected by the fateful earthquakes of 2011. Mateos was clear that if there was a problem that the Government Delegate had to address in an "urgent" way, this was "the first".

Until now, Mateos points out, the only thing that those affected by this problem had found was a Government Delegate, the former, "insensitive to this situation" and "unable" to provide solutions.

Against this, stresses the desire of Conesa to streamline the procedures that are the responsibility of the State in this regard, among which are, for example, the collection of interest for late payment.

Mateos highlights the willingness of Conesa to attend "case by case", as demonstrated in the course of this meeting with the Platform of Affected, and to mark a "road map with two very clear ways."

In the first place, address through the State Advocacy those requirements that affect beneficiaries of aid whose procedure of recognition and liquidation of the reimbursement may have prescribed.

Mateos has also highlighted the loyal and absolute collaboration "that the Government Delegate plans to maintain with the local and regional administrations to cooperate among all, in order to" unclog "this problem.

In fact, Conesa will transfer this situation directly to the Regional Government of Lorca López Miras, as it ensures that it is in this Administration, the Autonomous Community "where we are finding the plug" in the search for a definitive solution to this problem.
