The signs are patrimony of Lorca;
It is a traditional game that has been passed down from generation to generation and that since the Sports Games of Guadalentín is encouraged every year to keep alive and reach new players.
The Senas Trophy of the current edition of the Lorca Olympics was the twenty-eighth, which in itself defines its connection with our great celebration of local sport.
Since mid-September the Tournament has been played and has had a lot of participation, as up to 33 players have competed in it.
The players were divided into groups of 3, competing for the league system.
The final table, with eight qualifiers, was developed during the past week, dedicating Monday afternoon to the semifinal, third and fourth place matches and the grand final.
The winner of the tournament was Ginés Ortín Ibáñez, an experienced player who has been around the top positions in recent editions.
The runner-up has been Ramiro Elvira Navarro.
The bronze went to Juan Manuel Cuadrado Sola, while the fourth place was Victor Manuel Ortín García.
It has been a very participative Trophy that has allowed to promote the practice of this game so traditional that among all Lorca we have to safeguard and maintain so that it can reach future generations.
