Patricio Valverde explained that the new regulation "will allow us to download from the computer systems the procedures for the reimbursement of regional aid so that the benefits of the new norm are applied", and delays the justification period of the grants by one year.

"The Community assumes its responsibilities but is not competent in those of other bodies, such as those that depend on the State, as in the case of the Insurance Consortium," clarified the counselor who recalled that the new law will resolve "all aid files except those that they claim the interests of delay of the State, those who have waived the aid, and those who have overcharged for the Consortium.
