To boast of management, the PP still has to resort to a figure of debt "invented".

"If they have nothing to hide, we do not know why they still do not give us a copy of the supposed audit that placed the municipal debt in a figure that they do not even believe"

The deputy spokesman of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has lamented that the Councilor for Finance, Mr. Martinez Carrasco continue trying to cheat "blatantly" Lorca when assessing the reduction of municipal debt.

"He lies so much that he no longer cares to contradict himself," the socialist mayor says.

Abellán asks Martínez Carrasco "how is it possible that he dares to boast of accounts, when the situation is so serious that they are already on the third plan of sanitation, forced by the Ministry of Finance".

Abellán recalled that due to the disastrous economic management of the PP "this city council has three sanitation plans in force today."

"If the situation of the municipal coffers of the City Council is so good, and their economic management is so marvelous, why only nine days ago they had to approve the third financial adjustment plan in the municipal Plenary", asks Abellán Chicano.

The Socialist responsible ensures that "it is clear that the Councilman lies", as it does "again resorting to a figure of the falsified and invented debt", in relation to the municipal debt of eleven years ago.

"If they have nothing to hide, we do not know why they still do not give us a copy of the supposed audit that placed the municipal debt at the end of 2007 in a figure that they do not even believe in," says Isidro Abellán.

The socialist mayor recalls that the PSOE formally asked the councilor of the Treasury to give him a copy of that "supposed audit" during the plenary session last September.

However, the PP refused to deliver this copy, forcing the PSOE to request again, in writing through the general register of the City Council, this request.

After five working days of the deadline to respond to this request, "the PP still does not deliver us that copy" which feeds the doubts about the existence of this "alleged audit" that continue to deceive Lorca but that , he insists, "nor do they believe themselves".
