Ruiz Guillén asks the Spokesman of the PP of Lorca to choose between continuing to be a spokesperson for the PP or liquidator of Suvilor since it is "immoral" to reconcile both responsibilities.
The Secretary of Organization of the PSOE in Lorca, José Luis Ruiz Guillén celebrates that they have left "from the cave" the leaders of the Popular Party who, for years, have been silent and have remained submissive before the cuts in Justice, applied by the government of Mariano Rajoy, and even before the "real threat" of Minister Gallardón, who was the one who, in 2012, proposed the elimination of free and universal justice.
Since the PSOE asked the new Justice Spokesman of the Popular Party to disguise, it is not good to defend the dignity of the turn of office "only when they do not govern yours," and especially after being "swallowed for years" and, in definitive, "being accomplices" of each and every one of the cuts applied by his party in matters of justice.
"What the Justice spokesperson of the PP has to do is choose between continuing to be a spokesperson for the PP or liquidator of Suvilor, and it is immoral that he is reconciling both responsibilities," Ruiz Guillén adds.
The Popular Party now wants that, in little more than four months, the PSOE reverses the "seven black years" for which Justice has passed in our country as a result of the cuts of the government of Mariano Rajoy.
Justice approves the greater increase in the payments to the shift of office made by a public administration
The Minister of Justice, Dolores Delgado, signed on November 7 the ministerial order that updates the modules and bases of compensation of free legal assistance benefits in the autonomous communities that have not transferred the powers of Justice, with an average increase in 24%
This is the first increase in 15 years of the different concepts for which the lawyers and attorneys who provide this service receive their payments.
? The new order represents the largest increase made by a public administration in terms of legal aid.
The modules and economic bases for which the services of these lawyers and attorneys are paid were set out in Royal Decree 996/2003 of July 25 and, since then, had not been updated.
The objective of the regulation, therefore, is to temper the economic depreciation suffered over the last few years by the freezing of these concepts, as well as to attend, to the extent that the Budget allows it, to the greater complexity and dedication that it demands the right of defense before the courts.
