The Councilman of Culture of the City of Lorca, Agustín Llamas, has presented this morning the program of Christmas activities that the Lorca Consistory has made for this time and that has more than fifty acts aimed at all audiences, older and younger, with special emphasis on the latter, since they are the true protagonists of these dates.
Agustín Llamas pointed out that "the program that is offered by the City Council, which will begin tomorrow December 14 with the inauguration of the Christmas Campus, has as main objective to contribute to the social and cultural dynamization of Lorca during these dates, moving to our streets and squares a festive atmosphere thanks to the celebration of a wide and diversified range of events Among the activities of this year include Christmas performances of dance academies of the city in the War Theater, Storytelling by Grandparents storytellers of the Concejalía del Mayor, gang meetings, school visits to the Belén Municipal, workshops and theater for children, Christmas concerts, dance, sports, installation of children's attractions, cinema with free admission, the Cavalcade of Kings, the Auto de Reyes Magos in Zarzadilla de Totana, guided tours organized by Lorca Taller del Tiempo, Christmas Market in the Virgin of the
Huertas and a Bethlehem route, among others ".
The Councilman of Culture has indicated that "the Christmas Program 2018 has been developed by the hand of several groups in the city, since one of the objectives of the Lorca Consistory is to get this party to all corners so that both Lorca and visitors can enjoy the magic of Christmas in all its splendor, this way from the City Council we encourage all families and all neighbors to enjoy the activities we have scheduled during this special time of the year.

You can also taste the flavors of local cuisine in the restaurant "The stables of the Castle of Lorca" in the courtyard.
