Diego José Mateos: "The residents of the high districts do not deserve to continue suffering from the incompetence of a government team that, despite the efforts of the municipal workers, are not capable of solving this problem that have dragged on for months"
The candidate for Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos has denounced the problems in the public lighting system suffered by the residents of the districts of Zarcilla de Ramos, Zarzadilla de Totana and Las Terreras.
In particular, Mateos has echoed the discomfort that neighbors are expressing due to the lack of lighting in the Las Terreras nucleus, as well as on the Zarzadilla road to La Paca and the entrance of Zarcilla de Ramos, the latter for more than three months.
"The lack of solutions to this problem shows, once again, the abandonment to which the Popular Party submits to the districts," warned Mateos.
"These districts have been like this for days, weeks and even months, as in the case of the district of Zarcilla."
In the latter, the problem is due to the theft of electrical wiring, more than three months ago.
Mateos reproaches the "inability and ineffectiveness" of a Popular Party government team that shows that "the districts do not hurt" when, he insists, "they have not been able to solve these lighting problems during all this time".
For all these reasons, Mateos has once again demanded that "urgent measures" be taken, since these neighbors can no longer bear the insecurity and worry that their streets will be "completely dark".
"The residents of the high districts do not deserve to continue suffering from the incompetence of a PP government team that, despite the efforts that we know are being carried out by the municipal electricity service workers, are still unable to provide a solution to this problem. this problem that weeks ago and, I insist, months that had to be solved ".
