The spokesperson of the Electoral Committee of the Lorca PSOE, Isabel Casalduero has announced that this Friday, the candidate for Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos will hold a meeting with representatives of various clubs and sports associations in the municipality to address the situation of sports fabric in Lorca, and advance the great lines that the PSOE has included in the SOL project, with solutions also for the sports field.
In this sectoral meeting, which will take place this Friday, May 10, at 5:30 p.m. in the IES Ramón Arcas Meca assembly hall, will also be present the Murcian Senator Juan Luis Soto Burillo, promoter of the State Sports Law .
As Casalduero has advanced "we are very excited to share and make known to all the clubs and sports associations of the municipality which are the lines of work we want to undertake from next May 26".
"Not only do we want to express our absolute willingness to continue working, side by side with all of them, as they will be the ones who should guide our work and our sports policies, but we also want to make known some of the main lines in Sports that, roughly, they go through to recover the IMJUDE, as coordinating organ and for the decision making about the immense sport activity, both at federative and amateur level, the establishment and start-up of a plan of recovery and maintenance of sports facilities, especially in neighborhoods and districts, and increase objectivity and transparency in the granting of subsidies and municipal subsidies to sports associations, and of course, betting on sports as a "driving force of equality", promoting policies to end macho attitudes, and bet decidedly for a much more inclusive sport.
In addition, the PSOE has reiterated its commitment to address, in a determined manner, the comprehensive recovery of the sports city of La Torrecilla.
