We are going to structure Lorca through corridors for leisure, the enjoyment of families and sport, which are at the same time a green lung for the city and its neighborhoods.
We are talking about large green areas with meeting spaces available to people of all ages perfectly equipped for the development of healthier physical activity.
It is about green areas of great dimensions, as you have never seen in Lorca, where you can enjoy the exceptional weather of Lorca.
For this they will have trees and gardening, banks, training and calisthenics circuits, running itinerary with marked areas for series, collective sports courts, petanque, geronto-gymnastic devices, etc.
We are going to provide them with more than a thousand trees and shrubs, recovering for the enjoyment of all citizens areas that now constitute authentic borders and internal scars of our urban center and its neighborhoods.
The objective is to establish the most extensive, modern and best equipped green areas that Lorca has ever had, following the example and success model we have in our Alameda.
Now it is about providing the Lorca with a large Green Corridor, in the heart of the city, developing an experience similar to that made in other major cities with the bed of their ravines, such as Almeria or Valencia.
San Fernando-Campillo neighborhood: the first section

We will convert into green corridors, after its adaptation, the riverbed as it passes through the center of the city under the Pasarela and Puente del Barrio to La Velica.
