Somos Región has put on the table a total of 400 proposals that will be implemented "in the next four years".
They are "concrete, realistic, necessary measures, demanded by Lorca and we have echoed in the hundreds of meetings and meetings we have held in the last year throughout the municipality."
This morning, the candidate of Somos Región was announced to the Mayor of Lorca, Rosario Segura Pérez-Muelas.
The Lorca has indicated that among these initiatives are "the recovery of the old town, the burial of airlines and the elimination of architectural barriers."
Up to twenty proposals affect the historic site, but also the different sectors of the Lorca's economy are contemplated.
"We need a loading dock in the industrial estate of Saprelorca, promote land in the Serrata and Zarcilla de Ramos and offer incentives to implement in our municipality companies that give employment to Lorca."
The heritage plays a fundamental role in the electoral program of Somos Región.
"We will finish the works of the patron sanctuary of the Virgen de las Huertas and we will open the old churches of Santa María, San Pedro and San Juan as dynamic cultural spaces, which are fundamental to attract new tourists", explained Rosario Segura.
The districts cover most of the proposals.
Bicycle lanes, better communication with the city, gastronomic routes, hiking, the opening of 24-hour health centers ... As well as urban mobility.
"The South Round has to be finished already to reduce the number of vehicles that cross the city by the main artery, and we need a bridge that crosses the Guadalentín at the height of La Peñica", concluded the leader of Somos Región in Lorca.
