The Councilor for Sports of the City of Lorca, Juan Miguel Bayonas, presented this morning the "Cycling Memorial Manuel Torres Molina" to be held this Sunday, June 2.
Juan Miguel Bayonas recalled that "the Regional Championship will also be played in the Master classes 30, 40, 50 and 60. The test will start at 10 o'clock in the morning and will start at the Old Port Road, next to the Sinergia Gas Station Diesel Dorsal collection can be done the same Sunday, the day of the test, between 8 and 9:30 am ".
The Councilor for Sports has indicated that "the goal will be installed at the same starting point of the race and the course will consist of two laps to a circuit with a total of 83 kilometers, and that, among other places, will run through La Escucha, Puerto Lumbreras and the Lumbrerense district of El Esparragal Station, will also have a 3rd category mountain pass, Cañada de Alba ".
The test is organized by 'Ruiz Re Seguros Club Ciclista' and the Cycling Federation of the Region of Murcia, and has the collaboration of the Municipalities of Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras as well as the Local Police of both locations and the Civil Guard of traffic.
Registration can be made the same day of the test in the departure area, the amount is € 5 (Federated only) and the limit of participants will be 200.
