The beneficiaries of the Employment and Training Programs of the Department of Local Development complete the preparation of the Guerra Theater (02/08/2019)

The action has included the conditioning and improvement in the walls of the access corridors to the armchair and the dressing room area where there were humidities.

The Mayor of Lorca, Diego José Mateos, and the Councilors for Local Development and Culture, Isabel Casalduero and María Ángeles Mazuecos, have visited the Guerra Theater after the completion of the conditioning and improvement works that have been carried out in several rooms for part of the beneficiaries of the different Employment and Training Programs implemented by the Department of Local Development.

The Mayor explained that "the proceedings began on July 4 and it was planned to finish them in mid-August, but the good work of our students has led to the completion of the work before. Specifically, it has acted on the walls of the access corridors to the armchair and dressing room area where there are humidities that are causing the degradation of the coating paints and the aesthetics of these rooms, so it was necessary to correct this situation. "

Mateos detailed that "a total of 23 people participated in the performance. Four people, two first-rate officers and two second-grade officers participated in the masonry program; one first officer's carpentry program; nine people, eight students and the painting program a monitor, as well as nine others belonging to the electricity program in which eight students and a monitor also participate. "
