A task that falls to the Ministry of Development and has fulfilled the citizens of Lorca. "

With regard to rents, Sánchez Jódar has detailed that "the Ministry of Interior confirms that there were three outstanding remittances corresponding to 2019 with an amount that amounts to 201,250.1 euros. In this case, when a Government met with an extended budget, in its objective to comply with Lorca and Lorca has approved another Contingency Fund of a total of 865,000 euros of which 45 percent, that is, 395,024 euros, are intended for the payment of Lorca rentals And, the remaining amount, 201,000 euros, which is what has already been drawn, corresponds to what is pending and has been left in review of future remittances that are needed, about 200.00 euros to avoid having to continue approving funds of contingency and that the procedures will be faster ".

The National Deputy has shown that "the Government of Spain, despite being in office, has fulfilled its commitment both in the payment of housing reconstruction aid and rent."

Sánchez Jódar recalled that the payment is divided to 50 percent from the Central Government and "the other 50 percent to a Regional Government that is no longer in office" for what he has demanded from the president of CARM, also Lorca , Fernando López Miras, that fulfills the commitment acquired and allows full payment to those affected.
