The mayor of Lorca, who will preside over this act, has encouraged all Lorca to attend this act that will start from 11 in the morning and will consist of raising the national teaching to the chords of the anthem of Spain, composed by the lorquino Bartolomé Pérez Casas and that will be interpreted by the Municipal Band of Music.
Mateos has pointed out that "every October 12 we proudly celebrate our belonging to a common identity, to a cultural community that transcends the merely Iberian in terms of geographical concept. Just like today, the concept of Hispanidad exceeded the limits of the Iberian Peninsula to become universal. "
The First mayor has stressed that "the Flag of Spain is the constitutional flag of all Spaniards, which consecrates our country as a social and democratic State of Law, representing freedom, equality, justice and political pluralism."
