The PSOE asked whether "the snip in Valcárcel investments affect the central round" (18/06/2010)

The secretary general of the PSOE Diego Ferra today showed concern over the intention of the regional president Ramón Luis Valcárcel to transfer items included in the investment chapter of the budget of the Autonomous Region under the heading of expenses.

This will force municipalities like Lorca to give up some of the investments.

Ferra has asked the mayor of PP, Francisco Jodar, clarifying which projects could harm "the snip in Valcárcel investments" and has demanded that "no consent" no cuts to public works planned in the township.

In that sense the PP asked the mayor what will happen with the draft central round and the covering of the Rambla de Tiata, which was the election promise "star" Jódar Francisco in 2007 when he aspired to the mayor.

According to Ferra, after "bomb" to the public with a video in which Jódar electoral claimed that during his tenure would realize both (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jon6jsC5FLU), unless one year of a new municipal elections "has not yet placed a single brick or what one or the other."

Ferra recalled that the regional budget of 2009 appeared the first batch of a million to start the project, which also was seen as "priority" in the Economic Revitalization Plan Valcárcel Government.

However, ultimately this amount disappeared and never again seen in the 2010 budget, showing, according to secretary general of the Socialist Lorca, "it was merely virtual projects and everything has been a massive deception to Lorca ".

In that sense, Ferra regretted "the constant lies and sale of smoke by the PP who insists on treating citizens as if we were fools."

The PSOE also recall that in November last year the Town Planning, Francisco García, announced an agreement with the Board of Public Works, and Economy and Finance for full funding of the first part of this project, he said, amounts to ten million euros.

At that time, Garcia said the work was committed and will take place through an extra budget amendment "of the mid-2010 that do not know anything", according to Ferra.

Therefore, Ferra has demanded an explanation "immediate" about the status of this project that got through the eyes Jódar to Lorca during the election campaign of 2007. "

The Socialist leader said he would be "an insult" to the public at the last minute the first stone was placed to justify laziness and lack of management in these four years.
