Ibarra explained that this is the recruitment of 3 monitors for 2 months Lorca will develop its work under the project "Proempleo - Lorca III", in particular in the training called "social health care for dependent persons in institutions social "," Home Help "and" Personal Services hospitals and nursing homes for the elderly. "

We are talking about training courses to professional qualifications of unemployed people through the development of pathways to integration.

This initiative is funded by the European Social Fund through the General Directorate for Local Cooperation, as an intermediary body, belonging to the Ministry of Territorial Cooperation, Ministry of Public Administration.

Lali Ibarra noted, moreover, since the Department of Local Development has decided to extend the employment workshop "Work", which was scheduled for completion next June 20.

It is a measure that will directly benefit 32 young people that make the students of that workshop and which will continue to perform his duties until the end of the year.

The decision was agreed during a meeting last 3rd of June by the management and teaching staff of the project after analyzing the project's progress and evaluate student workers.

It is recalled that all participants in this project receive a monthly gross pay EUR 1108.27.

Municipal Spokesperson stressed that the City Council of Lorca is working to alleviate the negative effects of the crisis with the tools we have in hand.

The Spokesman stated that the City Hall has received for that purpose a direct subsidy from the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration CARM, in particular for the development of measures and extraordinary home care and recruitment professionals to care for dependents.

This project involves the development of 4 specific actions such as "Help Service Weekends and Holidays," "Meals on Wheels", "Tele Assistance", "Respiro Familiar and Social Worker for dependent care".

The forecast of families who will benefit from this action are estimated at 325.

Ibarra has detailed the monetary amount involved in these actions, the CARM earmarked 173,181 euros, while the City Council takes 57,727

Municipal Spokesperson stressed that the JGL also approved the beginning of the procedure for hiring a home care program for dependents called "personal care services in the home, Oxygen II Project."

The total investment that the City has planned to allocate for this purpose amounts to a total amount of 110,220.45 euros.

The objectives pursued by this program are to support the situations of people still remain dependent have no protected status under the law of agency, but require some support to continue in their housing and environment.

This action is aimed at supporting home care with the needs of dependents who do not have a supportive family environment, and facilitate the stay in their usual environment for people in situations of dependency, preventing or delaying institutionalization, and provide their primary caregivers the ability to perform other activities that allow them to rest from their caregiving role, favoring the maintenance of social and family relations normalized, while ensuring adequate attention to the person in a situation of dependence by the substitution by qualified personnel.

Ibarra has reported that the program includes cleaning tasks, personal hygiene and mobilization, hygiene in the household linen, pre-prepared food management by family oral dosing, following doctor's written orders, and any other implicit task in the development of the above.

The expected number of families benefited by this program is 45.
