The head of the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure emphasized that the construction of the stairway to the chapel of San Roque, the oldest temple in the city and since December 2014 houses the Museum of Bethlehem, "will improve accessibility to the shrine whose rise has been designed to be more convenient and dotted with gardens, making it a nice green space.
