The Socialist mayor explained that "the city began a process of expropriation of the properties forming a block bounded by Corregidor, Maze, Clock and Rodriguez streets to open a public parking".
However, he adds "the problem arises when the works of the parking start, run and end without the expropriation process is completed, in such a way that part of the public parking is located on private land".
