I stand before you. To let them know that the Municipal Group Lorca Citizens has filed with the Court of First Instance of Lorca preliminary steps to obtain the documents requested to the Mayor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the joint venture Aguas de Lorca SA

As you know. Since 13 July 2015 we have been requesting various documents in order to clarify an alleged unfair management of this public company.

So far it has given us a part of this biased and incomplete documentation and other, it has not been provided.

It is the duty of the Mayor of Lorca provide documents as may be required by a member of this corporation, especially by the spokesman of the municipal group that is a member of the General Meeting of the company Aguas de Lorca SA

It is fully justified the need for such documentation to be necessary to clarify the alleged unfair administration of the public company Aguas de Lorca SA

We note that for the first time in 17 years the public side has not approved the formulation of the accounts of Aguas de Lorca SA, significant fact of recognition of the facts alleged.
