The Community presents to entrepreneurs Lorca law decree "that facilitates investment in the region and job creation" (02/05/2016)

The initiatives launched in the Decree-Law of urgent measures for the revival of business activity and employment through liberalization and the removal of bureaucratic burdens which enables investment in the region and job creation, said today the Minister of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment, Juan Hernandez, during the meeting he held with entrepreneurs Lorca and the region to introduce the measures contained in the decree law approved by the Governing Council.

The measures included in this decree law "are oriented to Murcia is an attractive place to invest and turn the region into a place where foster innovation and entrepreneurship, where no idea is lost and stable and quality employment is generated".

It is said, "to create a space of economic freedom to attract large investments to our territory so to be installed in the region and enhance the creation of an auxiliary business fabric".

"With these measures, the region will be flexible in handling bureaucracy and drive forward the economic sector to make it more modern and competitive."

In this regard, he noted that "we must facilitate and support the work giving legal certainty because employers are responsible for creating these jobs and wealth in the region."

The decree law is part of the program 'Murcia.

Economic Freedom ', which aims to modify procedures to simplify and guarantee the level of legal and environmental protection.

It is divided into five areas: boosting retail trade;

reactivation of the industrial sector through simplifying and removing bureaucratic burdens;

streamlining environmental processing;

quality tourism and cross-cutting measures for priority processing of business projects of importance in the acceleration unit investment, reconciliation measures between employers and management in the office of defense of self and SMEs and in processing actions in the workplace .

In addition to this law, the regional government has already implemented two other simplification measures: immediate response procedures in the industrial sector and an agreement with Croem by being reviewed 1,200 administrative procedures of the Community.
