From the municipal group Citizens in the city of Lorca we insist that the extension of hours of study rooms in libraries in Lorca is insufficient for the needs of students. We are talking about three weeks of intensive study and it is our obligation, provide young students with adequate space and time to concentrate on the moment of maximum demand by the proximity of the exams.
They can serve as an example the hours established by the University of Lorca from 9 o'clock in the morning until 04: 30h in the morning, without interruption, from experience know what the best time in this time of testing but this space is insufficient to accommodate the large number of students who require it.
From our local group we ask that immediate and necessary measures to the maximum possible extension of hours of study rooms at the Cultural Center and the library Pilar Barnes taken and propose an uninterrupted schedule from 9 am to 24 pm including weekends 4, 5, 11 and 12 June.
The study rooms are made to study and not to be closed in testing period.
