The Socialists are committed to an immediate change in the labor and economic policies of the Popular Party, with an eye toward halving the current unemployment rate and achieve the employment of those who have it worse to get a decent job

The PSOE candidate number 3 of the Congress of Deputies by the Region of Murcia, Marisol Sanchez Jodar has announced the commitment of the Socialist Party to launch an immediate Emergency Plan for Employment and Job Placement to reduce structural unemployment.

Sanchez Jodar explained that this is a measure designed for long-term unemployed, over-45s, women and youth with low qualifications, "to return as soon as possible to the activity those who lost their jobs, and to incorporate market those seeking work and can not find their first job. "

The Socialist candidate has ensured that Lorca could benefit from these measures 2818 unemployed over 45 years;

3546 lorquinas the women who are currently unemployed and the young unemployed Lorca 1730, for "trying to achieve insertion especially those who have more difficult access to employment".

In this regard, Sanchez Jodar insists that "are women, younger and older than 45 years who require specific measures" so that the plan of socialist employment targets in three areas to promote job creation in this sector: reforms of active employment policies, that public services are genuine agencies, and increasing employment through employment in the private sector and across the public sector.

Referring also to the further rise in unemployment in Lorca, leaving the last month to 167 more unemployed in the municipality, which confirms the instability of the labor market "temporary and precarious work," Sanchez Jodar highlights "the urgency of a change in labor and economic policies of the Popular Party, which have failed to create jobs, but to hand which had already ".

"The few partial and temporary jobs that have been created are of very poor quality, with contracts of 200 or 300 euros, for hours, days or weeks," he adds.

In fact, Sanchez Jodar wanted to put the focus on "the small print of job creation in Spain the PP hidden," meaning that the pace of job creation continues to fall, dropping in a year from 3,19% May 2015, to 2.56% today. "

That is why so "putting the focus action on those who need us to find a decent job opportunity", the PSOE has aimed to reduce the unemployment rate in half.

To this end, among other measures, the Socialists propose direct aid to private companies for hiring long-term unemployed, or a training plan for young people who left the education system and lacking the ESO.
