Completes the second phase of the rehabilitation of the Agrarian Chamber of Lorca, with an investment close to 400,000 euros

Andrés Carrillo explained that this type of guarantees "can reach those most funding difficulties due to lack of guarantees."

The counselor explained some of its features, as they are loans of a maximum of 1.5 million euros and settlement period of ten years.

In addition, the Minister of Finance visited the rehabilitation works of the Agrarian Chamber of Lorca, owned by the Community, which have been implemented several actions that have involved a total investment of 395,279 euros, carried out in two phases.

In the first we proceeded to work on the most damaged areas, such as slabs of the staircase, complete renovation of the roof and restoration of the main facade, works that were developed between 2014 and 2015. In a second phase renovation of forged executed the rear facade restoration and recovery of the original courtyard on the ground floor, tasks that were started last year and completed this month.
