The Minister of Family and Equal Opportunities, Violante Thomas, signed today with the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, a cooperation agreement to strengthen protection and comprehensive assistance to victims of domestic violence through the Service Unit psychosocial emergency of the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers (UPAP).

With this action coordination with local government is urged to women who need it can receive psychological care in their municipality.
