The workshop consolidates the existing good harmony in relations between the two institutions, and particularly and directly, without intermediaries, between the Mayor and the President of the Club, a more fluid formula that prevents hypothetical misunderstandings or concerns, and enhances excellent harmony between Jodar and Genbao

Councilman Sports City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martinez, has described as "highly constructive and illuminating" the working meeting held between the Mayor of the city, Francisco Jodar, and the Chinese businessman Xu Genbao, Chairman of the Board Lorca Football Club, which also involved the mayor.

Martinez Carrasco said that in this meeting the Mayor will ratified Genbao that since the city council will continue to work with the club on all matters that require the involvement of the local administration, including the maintenance of sports facilities complex Francisco Artés Carrasco, the search for land in our town for the construction of other infrastructure (including explicitly the school project young values), and the involvement of firms in the main socio-economic and employment engine Lorca, the agri-food sector, lorquino development of football.
