From November 15 to December 15 of this year, a solidary collection of non-perishable food for indigents and passers-by from the municipality will be carried out, in addition to people living in situations of vulnerability.
The collection is organized by the local Red Cross assembly in Lorca, within the project of the Social Emergency Unit (UES) that has been recently launched.
In the collaborating establishments, pharmacies, parapharmacies and supermarkets of the city, small containers will be installed where everyone who wishes to collaborate can deposit their donation in them.
The foods to be donated should preferably be non-perishable, and especially infant food, as well as hygiene products.
From Red Cross we thank in advance the solidarity of the people of Lorca who have been demonstrating it with those who need it the most every time any campaign is carried out.
