The Councilor for Citizen Security of the City of Lorca, Belén Pérez, has announced that the Local Police, within the preventive and operational actions, has arrested a person as alleged perpetrator of crimes against public health, resistance and disobedience.

The arrest was made last Saturday March 11 by members of the UPROL unit.

The Edil said that "by these facts the corresponding measures were instructed so that the detainee and the substance intervened were made available to the Judicial Authority.Thanks to this action we reaffirm the importance of the preventive and operational work carried out by the Police Local that is paying with an increase in the security of the neighbors of all the municipal term of Lorca and that allows to improve the collaboration with the rest of Corps and Forces of Security ".

Finally, Pérez wanted to "congratulate the agents involved in this operation and the group of professionals of the Local Police for the work done for the benefit of citizens.
