The situation of the raised sidewalks is due to the growth of the trees in them planted, that when growing in some insufficient grains, have finished to raise the road and all the slabs to him around.

For Sosa, this is due to the poor planning that the gardening service had for years, choosing botanical specimens unsuitable for such narrow sidewalks.

In addition, some of these specimens are affecting the walls of nearby homes, so that the City Council must take responsibility for the property damage that may occur, and will also have to take care of damages to pedestrians who suffer accidents in These sidewalks, so that improvement works are made indispensable to avoid further costs in the long term.

For Sosa, if all this expenses derived from the bad choice and worse maintenance of the trees had to pay those responsible of their choice, would make more sensible decisions in the future.

For this reason, Sosa has called on the mayor of Obras, Eulalia Ibarra, to stop heating the chair, get in touch with the neighbors of the place and take at once the decision to undertake the improvement actions of said avenue, without To wait until the remodeling works of the Barrio de San Fernando, which go to the idle, are finished, because the current situation is inadmissible.
