The Consistory remembers that for the concession of license for demolition works, all the requirements, reports, projects and plans that the Law indicates are required.
The City Council also supervises the work done and the final result.
The Councilor for Town Planning in the City of Lorca, Satur Martínez, has ratified that the Municipal Council, through its technical services, will continue to demand strict compliance with the legal regulations in each and every one of the actions that take place in our municipality , Especially those resulting from the serious damage caused by the earthquakes of 2011.
Satur Martínez recalled that in the specific case of the concession of license for demolition, the municipal technical services impose all the existing regulations in this regard.
In fact this is a request that has to be formally backed by 2 architects, including the relevant basic safety and health study.
These works will be executed with strict compliance with the sectoral urban legislation implementing the General Municipal Management Plan and, where appropriate, Development Planning and Technical Project.
Likewise, all the conditions stated in the reports in the file must be observed.
For greater security and public knowledge of all Lorca we remember that this action will conform to the project and will be carried out in accordance with current regulations and under the direction of a competent technician, and that the material resulting from the demolition will be treated in accordance with the requirements Of Royal Decree 105/2008 of 1 February, which regulates the production and management of construction and demolition waste.
Satur Martínez has indicated that in this type of question some should calm their excessive "desire for protagonism", since in no way solves the problems of citizens.
