Citizens have requested the accounts of the 146 grandstands against the presidency that are sold from the City Hall (21/04/2017)

On April 18, the Municipal Citizens Group has registered a letter requesting in detail all the expenses that correspond to this City Hall: hanging the skirts of the boxes, picnics of the presidential rostrum on Good Friday, income obtained by the sale of the 146 Tribunes in front of the presidency, and other services and supplies commissioned by the City in relation to Holy Week of 2017.

Councilman Antonio Meca explains that "we have requested in this respect reports and documents because we are interested in knowing the expenses that correspond to the City, always thinking about the control of public money spending and its savings, since from this city group we believe Which should be the norm in any municipal administration. "

Citizens have been asking for explanations, bills and documents to know the whereabouts of the money raised in the sale of the boxes in front of the presidency.

"We do not know that he has entered the municipal coffers nor is justified in what has been spent," reports Mecca.

It would be speaking of 146 localities that would report an annual income of about 6,000 euros that apparently have not been counted for years.

The mayor regrets that "the response so far of the Government Team that presides over the Mayor of Lorca D. Francisco Jódar has been as always, silence."
