April 24, 2016. The Orchard Ruano will host between April 25 and May 19 the exhibition "Light and color of Morocco" by the painter Guillermina Sánchez Oró.
The exhibition will open on Tuesday at 8 pm, with the presence of the mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jódar.
During the inauguration will perform the castanet performer María Dolores Moreno accompanied by Jose Antonio Flores Flores Yepes.
"Light and color of Morocco" consists of 54 works between oils and watercolors, which evoke everyday African landscapes and scenes.
We find fountains, mirrors, hookahs, decorations, flora and fruits, as well as faces or architectural elements typical of Morocco.
The author, the painter Guillermina Sánchez Oró, is the current president of APIMUR, the Association of Painters of Murcia.
The curator of the exhibition is Marisol Morente lorquina.
The exhibition can be visited from Monday to Friday from 11 to 14 hours.
