The president of the Community, Fernando López Miras, received today in the Palace of San Esteban the players and the coaching staff of the Lorca Football Club after his promotion to Second Division, and pointed out that it is a "united and strong team" that Has gone through a "difficult season" but "with commitment and responsibility has overcome those difficulties."
López Miras stressed that "from now on the responsibility is much greater because you are going to bear the name not only of Lorca, but of the entire Region of Murcia, throughout Spain, and with him the one million and a half Murcia."
In this sense, he transferred all members of the club his congratulations on behalf of the Murcia executive, "who bets for you and hopes that this is only the beginning of many more successes."
"You are an example for the Region," said López Miras, who said that "as a lorquino and as a follower, I am delighted to receive you here today."
A team that "I met many years ago and I followed and encouraged by the Spanish geography and also suffered with him," he said.
