The Mayor of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, along with Councilor for Sports in the Municipal Consistory, Juan Miguel Bayonas, received this morning the members of the Lorca Deportiva, club that achieved last Sunday the longed for promotion to the Second Division B of the national championship soccer.
On behalf of the club have been present its President, Joaquín Flores, as well as the Sports Director, Pedro Cordero, the coach, José Emilio Galiana, and the players that make up the squad.
The First Edil has highlighted the merit that has ascended in these categories of football, which requires an additional effort to the teams just at the end of the season, and has stressed that despite losing the first round, Lorca Deportiva has had the added merit Of not lowering his head or being carried away by discouragement, giving back to the situation and using as a stimulus factor the defeat.
