Sosa alluded to non-compliance with collective agreements and labor law, with wages that are not paid, or paid below what is stipulated, as well as the increase of accidents "in itinere" in view of the large displacements to which they are subjected The agricultural workers.

"We can not allow a minority of unscrupulous businessmen to dirty the name of Lorca by turning our municipality into the capital of labor precariousness and the lack of protection of workers," said the IU-Verdes spokesman, for whom "the Local Employment Board Can not remain alien to this reality and must address the eradication of these practices. Martín has also demanded an increase in the municipal contribution to training and job placement programs, which is currently limited to 200,000 euros per year, which he described as "insufficient".

It has also requested a greater optimization of the resources that come from the Employment and Training Service (1.3 million euros) and the European Social Fund (500,000 euros), so as to enable the maximum hiring of workers.

Finally, the councilor of IU-Greens has proposed that the City Council establish cooperation agreements with companies based in Lorca so that the Administration facilitates the implementation of specific training courses with the commitment that at least 60% Their beneficiaries become part of the templates of these firms after the learning period.

In this regard, Martin suggested that this model be applied to the Andaltia business group, which promotes the construction of a photovoltaic solar energy plant in Lorca, and all those companies that intend to implant in the municipality or undertake its expansion.
