According to Andrea Periago, this system "allows all public, social and police institutions that have competence in matters of gender violence to be contacted", since "all the information regarding each case is in the database of this system".

As pointed out by the mayor, through this system would connect the Ministry of Interior with the Local Police of the City with the aim of predicting the risk of attacking a victim of gender violence at any time, even performing "automatic alerts" Which would report when any incident or event "that could endanger the integrity of the victim" is detected.
