The Public Prosecutor's Office of Murcia has filed the complaint filed by the Government Team against Antonio Meca complaining about the award of the works of Juan Carlos I to Ferrovial and dismissing the offer of a Lorca company that did it in 5 (11/09/2017)

The Public Prosecutor's Office opened investigations to present a brief and documentation relating to statements made by Councilman-Spokesman Antonio Meca, for an alleged offense of libel and slander.

Studying the case has considered that there are no indications of crime in the demonstrations, in which the Councilman complained bitterly of the award of the works to Ferrovial neglecting the offer of a company Lorca that made in half a million euros less.

"I have asked to be sent the full content of the complaint that gave rise to these investigations, but to date has not been facilitated. The attempt by the Government Team to intimidate and silence this Councilman has received the reproach of Justice "says Mecca.

The Citizens Municipal Group will ask the Mayor the economic cost of this complaint and if it has been applied to the public coffers.

If this is the case, he will demand the return of this money and that he will pay the Government Team out of his pocket.

Antonio Mecca is going to study "the actions that assist us in law against the signer of that complaint, the former contracting councilman D. Juan Francisco Martínez Carrasco for alleged false accusation."
