The Councilor of Commerce of the City of Lorca, Mari Carmen Ruiz, has reported a change from the weekly market to be held on Thursday 5 October.
The Edil said that "due to the start of the FERICAB assembly in the area traditionally used for parking users, the parking area moves a few meters to the lot popularly known as the Quiñonero, located just a few meters from the Garden of the Rueda, next to the bed of the river ".
La Edil stressed that "the owners have given up the use of this space, so that all users who are going to make their purchases will be able to park free in the same and take advantage of its closeness with respect to the traditional weekly market of Thursdays. In this way, it should be remembered that users also have at their disposal the parking linked to the municipal tank of vehicles located also just a few meters from the main access to the Huerto de la Rueda. "
