For a few weeks he has resumed his activity through the promotion of an association whose board has confirmed to Martin that the workers "pay their own insurance and do not receive a salary", for which they recognize that this situation is unsustainable "in the short term".

Martín described as "very serious" that the City Council is consenting to flagrantly violate the rights of workers using a municipal property.

In addition, the mayor of IU-Greens states that there has been an administrative procedure for tendering the service contract and that this way of proceeding is "irregular" and "discharge in the good will of neighbors" the management of a service that must be governed by procedures "very scrupulous because we talk about the care of children from 0 to 3 years".

Martín explained that, when it was launched, the municipal government team of the PP publicized that the center, with a capacity for 61 children aged between zero and three years, would work from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm , would have a dining room service and would promote the early teaching of English as a second language.

However, at this time these services are not guaranteed, nor is there even accreditation of the private entity that takes care of the minors.

For all this, the mayor of IU-Greens demanded that the Consistory itself be the one that manages the municipal center, guaranteeing its sustainability "without externalization or award to any private company".

Martin's proposal seeks to prevail "the public interest", as well as "put an end to the lack of guarantees in the provision of this service for the families of the Highlands of Lorca."
