Antonio Meca proposes a change in the operation of public deficit parking places that represent losses of 119,298, € 77 a year One of his proposals will be for all municipal vehicles to be parked outside working hours and not used for private use (09/01/2018)

"We have submitted a letter addressed to Mr. Alcalde in relation to the public company Limusa, requesting the Councilor of public companies and new CEO proposals on the operation of the management of services encompassed in Limusa"

These proposals of the Municipal Group would be:

1- the rescission of the lease of Pío XII Street, former headquarters of the ORA, which is closed and unused since May 2011 and generates an unnecessary expense of about 5,317.20 euros per year.

2- The change of the operating model in the management of the San Vicente and Huerto de la Rueda car parks, as they are deficient and generate annual economic losses of € 119,298.77 (€ 30,691.44 and € 78,607.33 respectively).

3- Rescind the contract with the company in charge of the accesses to the public car parks, replacing this staff by employees of the City Council, as there are more than enough officials to provide this service.

The Councilman proposes to the Government Team "alternatives for the correct use of public parkings that correct the millionaire losses that supposed to have them open to the public without demand".

In the next ordinary plenary session, Mecca will also propose that all vehicles belonging to municipal councils and municipal services "remain in these parking lots outside working hours, and eliminate the private use of these vehicles. users take and leave the cars at the beginning or end of their workday ".
