Antonio Meca asks the Mayor to justify the merits and abilities that have led him to hand-pick Joaquín Ruiz Montalván to work in the Department of Citizen Participation (10/01/2018)

On December 22, 2017, the Mayor-President of Lorca has issued a Mayor's Decree in which Mr. Joaquín Ruiz Montalván is appointed advisor of Citizen Participation, attached to the Mayor's Office, since "it meets the requirements for its performance ", with effects of January 1, 2018, in accordance with Law 7/1985 Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime and Law 5/2015 of the Basic Statute for Public Employees.

This Municipal Group would like to know what merits are those that concur in this person and for this reason we have requested documents accrediting the professional experience related to the functions commissioned as "Citizen Participation Advisor" and certified certificates of the academic degree of Mr. Joaquín Ruiz Montalván
